Your Shop Profile is the public face of your shop on Loupe. Complete it after your Partner Success Manager (PSM) tells you you're ready.
When to do this. Only after your PSM has confirmed you're cleared to set up. Setting this up out of order can create issues with Shippo and Stripe linkage later.
How to complete it.
1. Open the Loupe app.
2. Tap the silhouette icon on the bottom-right of the navigation bar to open Settings.
3. Tap Shop Profile.
4. Fill in your shop's location, description, and shipping information. Your description is public — it appears on your shop page to all buyers, so write it like a customer-facing bio.
5. Tap Done. Your shop is set up.
Naming note: Your ship-from name must be at least two words (e.g., "Bullpen HQ" rather than "Bullpen") so Shippo formats labels correctly.
