What Are the Listing Image Requirements?

At least one image is required on every listing in the Loupe Market. We recommend the following best practices for each item type:

Singles (Ungraded):

Ungraded card listings should include clear images of the card's front and back. It's typically best to also include images each corner of the card.

Singles (Graded):

Graded card listings should include clear images of the card's front and back. It is also helpful to include close-up images of the slab provider's label, ensuring the grades, authentication, and certification number are all clearly visible.

Memorabilia:

Memorabilia largely depends on the type. All types will want to include a clear image of the autograph(s) (if applicable). Outside of this, it's best to ensure you include a photo of the item in full, as well as any labels/markings associated (brand logos, numbering, etc).

Comics:

Comics should include clear images of both the front and back. In addition, helpful images include the binding, page edges, and if applicable, the slab provider's label (front and back), ensuring that all information is clearly viewable.

Collectible Toys:

Obviously these can come in all shapes and sizes, so use your best judgement when photographing toys. Ensure that your photos showcase the condition of the item, as well as any manufacturer information (name, the date of production, etc).

Coins & Currency:

Coin imagery should include clear images of the front and back of the coin. Typically, if possible, it's also helpful to include photos of the coin's rim as well as the edge, ensuring that any imperfections are clearly shown. Graded coins should also include the slab provider's label (front and back), ensuring that all information is clearly viewable.

PLEASE NOTE: Images may not contain nudity, obscene gestures or activities, profanity, or hate symbols or speech. We understand that some objects (such as older comic books or coins) may contain these items, however we request that these images are blurred (with the exception of VERY specific instances that the image is designed to show imperfections in the item). If you have an image you feel does need to be included with your listing, however feel that it may fall under the above, please reach out to your Account Manager for clarification.
