What is the Online Shop Portal and How Do I Access It?*

Loupe's Online Shop Portal enables shops to manage their inventory via a desktop/laptop computer with total control.

Within the Online Shop Portal, you are able to create, edit, reschedule, and delete (provided there are no pre-sold items) streams. The Online Shop Portal will allow you to see if any items have been purchased, as well as add items to a stream.

The Online Shop Portal is the only method through which auctions can be pre-added to your stream. While auctions can be added during a stream on your mobile device, if you wish to have these pre-loaded, you would need to do so via the Online Shop Portal.

The Online Shop Portal can be accessed by logging into your shop account at https://loupetheapp.com/admin.
