You can make real-time updates to your sales list while you’re live on the Online Shop Portal by selecting Available within your Online Shop Portal dashboard. Here, you can edit inventory items (using the pencil icon), Hide items from public view using the eye icon, or delete items using the trash icon.
You can also view Purchased items, the Price, the Buyer name, & the Order ID. The Order ID shown in the Online Shop Portal matches the SKU for that order in Shippo.

Editing Items While Live
You can make real-time updates to your sales list while you’re live on the Online Shop Portal as well! Simply navigate to your admin panel and select "Available". This will show you a list of your available items, which you can then edit, hide, or delete.
To edit, simply select the pencil icon, which will allow you to make the appropriate changes. The eye icon will allow you to hide that item, making it not visible to customers, and the trash can icon will delete that item from your inventory.
In the event you need to review Sold items (in instances where you need to confirm a sale price, verify a buyer name, or find an Order ID to use for item identification (and later match up the purchase with the SKU provided via the items column in Shippo), you can simply click "Purchased" at the top right. This will show all items purchased within that stream (which will also be visible on your Post-Stream Report).
Combining and Deleting Multiple Items
You can make real-time, bulk updates to your inventory by deleting and/or combining items before you’re live and during your livestream. These features are especially useful when multiple items need to be deleted at once, or a buyer requests that multiple teams/spots are bundled together for a break.
- Use the checkboxes to the left of the items you wish to combine/delete.
- Click the combine (stack) or trash icon under Add Items on the right of your screen.
When combining items, each individual item and its price will preview and automatically add the total in the Price field. You may adjust the price to account for discounts or otherwise.
- Combining team names will automatically combine as the team abbreviations and keep the Break Tag.
- Combining items that have the same name will quantify the number of like items in the Item Name.
