Setting Up a Shippo Template

Set package templates by visiting the Settings section of goshippo.com, selecting Packages, then +New Template.

Ensure you have at least your default package template set prior to sending orders to Shippo for the first time. Your default package template should be the package weight and dimensions that you use most often. You may create additional package templates to easily select when a package is outside of your most frequent dimensions.
