Setting your Shipping Price on Loupe

To update your shipping price, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in at loupetheapp.com/admin/settings
  2. Find the Shipping Prices section (top right of the page). It shows your current rates for “First Purchase of the Day” and “Each Additional Purchase.”
  3. Click the pencil (edit) icon on that card to open the Edit Shipping Prices window.
  4. Update the two fields, as needed:
    1. First Purchase of the Day: The flat shipping fee charged on a buyer’s first purchase each day
    2. Each Additional Purchase: The fee charged on every purchase after that, same day
    3. Both fields are required — you can enter 0 for free shipping, but you can’t leave either one blank.
  5. Click Save
  6. A “Review and Confirm” prompt will appear. Click Yes, Change Shipping to confirm

Good to know: changes take effect immediately and apply to all future purchases — including any stream that’s currently live or scheduled. Purchases already completed aren’t affected, but buyers who’ve already bought once will be charged your new “Each Additional Purchase” rate on their next purchase.
