This is the master walkthrough for setting up your first stream on the iPhone: opening the stream screen, adding regular items, adding a PYT-style team break, configuring category titles, and importing unsold items from a previous stream.
Step 1 — Open the stream screen. Tap Set Up a Stream. The camera opens inside the Loupe app. Select Loupe App or OBS and, if prompted, allow camera and microphone access - without this, you can't go live.
Step 2 — Add inventory. Tap the shop icon on the bottom-right to open your shop list. To add a regular item, tap the + icon on the bottom-right.
For each item, enter the title, price, quantity, and category. Three sliders control behavior:
• Available for Pre-Sale — visible (and buyable) before you go live, only for scheduled streams. On by default.
• Available During Live Stream — visible during the stream. On by default.
• Category Title — turns this item into a sticky category header instead of a regular sales item (see below).
Verify these match your intent before tapping Add Item.
Step 3 — Use category titles for breaks. Toggle the Category Title slider when adding an item to create a sticky header that pins to the top of a category as buyers scroll. The most useful application is breaks — a single header like "12-Box, Full Case, 2024 Prizm Football PYT" tells viewers exactly what's in the NFL Breaks category without you having to repeat it on every team. Step 4 — Set up a PYT (Pick Your Team) break. Instead of a regular tap on the + icon, long-press it to reveal Pick Your Team.
1. Enter a break title and a break tag. The break tag auto-appends to every team name (e.g., a tag of "NFL #206" applied to the Cowboys becomes "Dallas Cowboys – NFL #206").
2. Select the league. Today, PYT supports MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL.
3. Loupe auto-populates all the teams. Enter a price for each.
4. Tap Add Items. The full break drops into your shop.

Step 5 — Import unsold items from a previous stream. Instead of re-adding items you've already typed once, select a previous stream and import its unsold inventory.

Setting up your first stream on Loupe is incredibly easy! First, you will want to tap "Set up a stream", which will take you to your camera within the Loupe app. You may be asked to enable your camera and microphone when doing this, so ensure that you do allow Loupe access when this prompt appears.
Once in your stream, you will want to ensure you add sales items to the stream. You can do this by tapping the shop icon on the bottom right.
On the screen that appears, to add a new item, simply tap the + icon on the bottom right of the screen (for individual items - more on PYT configuration below).
Enter your item title, price, quantity, and select a category for the item to be placed into. You can choose whether this item is itself a category title, whether the item will be available during the stream, or whether the item is available prior to the stream (for scheduled streams) using the sliders on this screen. When done, tap "Add Item", and the item will appear in your shop!
Within this section, "Available for Pre-Sale" and "Available During Live Stream" will be activated by default, so be sure these settings match your desired configuration.
If the "Category Title" slider is activated, the item will act as a category under the header. A category title will create a sticky category header that stays with each category when scrolling through sales items. For example, "12-Box, Full Case, 2024 Prizm Football PYT" as a category header in the NFL breaks category provides clarity into items within that category. If you wish to set up a PYT-style break, rather than tapping the + icon, long-hold that icon. You'll be presented with an option to select "Pick Your Team".
After selecting this, you will be asked to provide a break title, tag, and select the associated league for the break (which currently needs to be MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL). Selecting the league will auto-populate the associated teams, and all you need to do is enter the price for each team. Instead of re-adding items in a new stream that you have previously added, you may select a previous stream's inventory to import all unsold items.
